NEEDED!!! Someone to help with Rental Collections and Inspections! - Compensation: DOE in Hilo, Hawaii

We are looking for someone to help (as an independent contractor) with rental collections, repairs, cleaning, yard work and inspections in the Puna areas. You must be a good communicator, a people person, able to use the computer, email, able type properly, write accurate notes, keep records and someone who?s not afraid or timid regarding getting into conflicts or altercations. Prefer someone who has own transportation, phone, digital camera, cell phone, computer (laptop preferred), some legal or real estate knowledge, some handyman/carpentry skills, and who also is strong willed, very reliable and dependable!! Having a truck and tools are a plus! Must have (or obtain) a General Excise Tax License, a checking account, business name (DBA), preferably have some Real Estate experience, pass background, criminal and credit checks, and have at least 6 excellent references!! We will pay a gas allowance and 10-50% of amount collected (depending on length of time, and amount the tenant owes).
